We ensure that our highly skilled workforce is trained to the latest industry regulations and techniques and we aim for continues development amongst our team and investing for the future in our manufacturing facility.
Our 60,000 square foot workshops in Knowsley supported by twenty-four carbon and fifteen stainless welding bays offers the capacity to produce up to five hundred meters per week of medium to high complexity pipework. We can supply our clients piping projects in excess of ten thousand meters across a range of sizes from 15mm nominal bore up to 1500 mm nominal bore.
Our pipework fabrication is approved to ISO 9001 management standard and SEL is also certified to PED compliant pipework fabrication and vessel manufacture to modules D,DI&EI Annexe 111 of the Pressure Equipment Directive.
SEL has an impressive portfolio of welding procedures qualified to BSEN 1SO 15614-1 ASME IX , utilising TIG, mag (solid wire and flux cored wire) MMA and Orbital Processes, covering not only standard day to day requirements but also bespoke procedures which have been developed to meet the needs of our customers.
At all times, our workshop complies with the highest Safety & Environmental standards which align with the high-level requirements of the process industries.
