AYAS Group are pleased to announce the successful completion of their first combined M & E project.
The purpose of the project was to introduce new seed conditioning technology and improving plant performance. The project involved installation of a new seed drying vessel, conveyors and drive equipment along with process and utility piping, electrical LV power, switchgear, nominal PLC control systems, Profibus instrumentation network and fibre optic links to measure and maintain an efficient plant.
During a planned two week shutdown in July, AYAS Group’s M & E team carried out all the tie-in’s to the existing plant, this was completed safely, on time and within budget. Throughout the project our health and safety advisor was on site to ensure all personnel adhered to the required safety standards ensuring a 100% incident free project.
